So I see a dress advertised on their IG and quickly go to their DM to ask if it is available. Thrifts work by paying before receiving goods as they sell out fast. So I am informed that the dress is available and I rush to pay for it to which they confirm receipt of the money.
Then the drama began. When I sent someone to collect the dress from their collection point the first time, the shop was closed (this was 4pm on a week day), I reached out and let them know. They tell me to try again the next day.
I try again 1 week later and the person I send is told that the dress was sold, then they later tell me, after asking them what is happening, that the dress couldn’t be traced and that the person that I sent should return at 3pm.
I send someone else to go at 3pm and the dress is still not available. I try to call and my calls aren’t picked, messages aren’t responded to and requests for a refund are ignored! Still livid!
