Well..here goes the story. You see how you get tired of being single but don't want to work too hard on getting a man? Let's face it, it's a little exhausting.
So anyway that's how I landed on Expatbachelors.ea, I did all due diligence tried to google and everything there was barely any info but I saw one article so I decided to take a leap of faith.
I think I enrolled in May, they had offers for a package of contacting a number of people, I paid 9,000 of my hard earned cash instead of 12,000 if I'm not wrong.
Mark you I had made enquiries with my main Instagram account and they'd blocked me. I was desperate, very desperate 😅😅😅 so I created another one and after some weeks engaged them. So anyway, when you're ready they refer you to some 'Whatsapp team', they give a paybill number and tell you after payments is when you'll be connected to the website.
So I go ahead and pay, they give me the website log ins..
Now here's what's interesting, there is an actual website pluuuuus (note this is something I'd noted but ignored previously), most of the men profiles look plastic, like those very high quality AI generated images, I previously assumed maybe they just have good cameras 😅 but I later realized it's like a dummy website, you're basically there talking to yourself or with them, I believe for believability purposes they respond to some messages, in short there are no men there, it's just profiles.
Upon asking them why no one is even viewing a profile or engaging they said you are the one supposed to shoot your shot.
If you continue with questions they just ignore you but will be sending you texts of upgrading your account.
So anyway after that I decided to google them again and saw a post exposing them just days after I had paid...eish the pain, I made my peace with it and put a chicken on my profile and deleted everything and moved on.
After a month or so I was surprised seeing something similar but named Penzi Halisi the exact same script, it's good they acknowledge they previously had an account. So I decided to ask them and guess what, nothing has changed, you query they block and send you the exact same things they used to on Expatbachelors.
Ladies, it might be hard but, you'd rather buy shoes with that money. That page is a scam and I hope no one else gets scammed. That was a lot of money to lose.
Since I deleted everything, I think the only thing I can trace is the Mpesa message which I will attach and the latest conversation of which they blocked me.
