I ordered some Brass jewellery worth ksh 3300 for an event. I had bought from Susan in the past at the farmer's market at Kspca Karen and before that at Ikigai where I met her at an event where she was a vendor.
So I had no doubt that she would deliver. I sent her screenshots and we agreed on the designs and also day of delivery and she insisted I send her the full amount. When I reached out to her, the items weren't ready and I then asked for photos before delivery. All the items were not as we had discussed and I pointed that out( I didn't get to wear the jewellery for the intended event). She promised to correct the order and I gave her time. She started ignoring calls etc I had to ask for a refund. She then asks for more time to come up with the refund and then I receive a Instagram DM saying that she has family issues she is sorting and that they will process the refund soon. This order was made in March, we are heading to August.
