I stumbled on this business as I was searching on Google for a bespoke T-shirt designer. I needed the T-shirt to be done within a couple of hours as I was travelling the same day. I explained this to them and they assured me they can get it done. Total cost was 1,000 and he asked for a 500 bob deposit. Sent the money immediately. This was at 8 AM!!!
I started calling them at around 12 pm asking when it will be delivered and after telling me it’s almost done severally, he eventually told me at about 3 pm, the time I was to travel, that there was a power issue and they haven’t been able to print. I gave up and asked for a refund. My calls went unanswered for the rest of the day only to get a call at 8pm from a Boda rider asking me where he should deliver the T-shirt. I had already travelled for my event. The next morning the guy had the audacity to call me and ask if I got the T shirt. Asked him to refund the deposit since I obviously was not within Nairobi and he was aware of this. He went silent. Sad that even when you are ordering something for a funeral, a business can still frustrate you and scam you while at it.
