I sent KES 10,000 to this business in 3 separate payments to this number 0792658562 CHARITY MWANIKI trying to buy baby items for my baby and now they’re unresponsive.
I sent the balance I owed on Thursday and asked for the items to be dispatched on Friday. After multiple calls and messages - she picked the first call and when I said her name charity she quickly hung up and switched off her phone, wasn’t picking the phone in the instagram bio and weren’t responding to texts, DMs or WhatsApps. They finally responded Friday evening and said Saturday is when they do deliveries.
Saturday they’re unresponsive again so in the evening I ask for a refund which they’re yet to do now as of Sunday evening.
